DMCA Policy

Black Vault Digital LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a Notice. To submit a DMCA takedown, provide the following via /contact (submission type: Copyright Concern):
1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. 2. Identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient detail to locate it. 3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email). 4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized. 5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notices. If your content was removed and you believe in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similar information.
Repeat Infringers. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
